Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your MOZA gear in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, mounts, and manuals to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our designated regional service center.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
